About PRUMC

Welcome to Pleasant Retreat United Methodist Church of Thorndale, Texas.
We invite you to come and meet our pastor, Pastor Terry Dougherty.

Come and attend our services and participate in our Christian Fellowship.

Lent begins on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 and Ash Wednesday Service with the imposition of ashes will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary.


Adult Sunday School	9:45 - 10:45
Worship Service	11:00 - 12:00
Sunday School classes for children and youth	10:15 - 11:00

Groups & Meetings

LAMBS - Women's Group meets every Tuesday from 10 am to noon.

Bacon, Bull, & Blessings - Men's Group meets every second Saturday at 8 am.

Youth Group - Meets every Sunday from 12 - 2 directly following church. (7th through 12th Grades)

Prayer Meeting - Wednesdays @ 6:45

Choir Practice - Wednesdays @ 7:30
